At ARQ Herbals, we strive to provide high-quality herbal products and wellness services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Herbal Tea Products

Due to the consumable nature of our herbal tea products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing from your order.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Consultation Services

One-Time Consultation (₹99)

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been booked or completed.

Monthly Wellness Subscription

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated or the consultation services have commenced.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals (if applicable), but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used herbal tea products.
  • Consultation fees after booking or completion.
  • Monthly wellness subscriptions after activation.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
